Client-Supplied Information
The client or its appointed professional supplies dimensions, photographs, drawings, glass information and site requirements.
Product Selection
Luminera evaluates the suitable product family against the intended use and information supplied by the client.
Manufacturer Confirmation
The supplier confirms the applicable model, configuration, dimensions, performance and technical documentation.
Formal Quotation
Luminera documents the binding commercial scope, responsibilities, exclusions, logistics and payment milestones.
Order Confirmation
The client approves the signed quotation and confirms the order before manufacturing release.
Manufacturing
The approved supplier configuration is manufactured against the confirmed product schedule.
Import Logistics
Freight, clearing, duty, import-related costs and local delivery are managed only as stated in the signed quotation.
Product Delivery
The product is delivered to the agreed point. Site work and installation remain client-managed.
Optional Remote Content Agreement
Eligible display clients may select remote content changes for R2,000 per site per month under a separate agreement and defined SLA.

Luminera is responsible for
Product-selection guidance, supplier model confirmation, formal product quotation, confirmed-order supply, quoted logistics and manufacturer documentation where supplied.
The client is responsible for
Site surveys, measurements, engineering, approvals, professional design, installation coordination, installation, testing, commissioning, workmanship and site safety.
